Altered Photo

In some cases, scenes change due to circumstances.

In this case, after the injury both gates were changed and a rail was added. The client needed to show what this stairway looked like at the time of the actual incident. Unfortunately, by the time our client went to take pictures the stairway had changed dramatically.

With the help of an eyewitness and some photos we were able to reconstruct the scene as shown. The photo was accepted into evidence and our client won his case.
